I read Lena's email and the signed contract, Contract v3.

Two changes matter: payment moves from 30 to 45 days, and exclusivity now covers the EU only. Everything else matches what you signed.

Your reply is saved as a Gmail draft in her thread. It accepts the EU scope, asks to keep 30-day payment and suggests closing on Thursday.
